You will think you have died and gone to heaven in this beautiful home on the hill. The house and grounds are better than a 6 star hotel. There is a quiet serenity at Chartwell on the Hill. Sweeping views of the ocean captivate from every window. A covered deck overlooks the pool and hot tub which, weather permitting, can be enjoyed for hours.

The house has 5 bedrooms, of which 3 have an ensuite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms included in the home is a self contained nanny suite with it's own separate entrance.

Within walking distance is the prestigious Hollyburn Country Club. Park Royal Shopping Centre is a 5 minutes drive. Beautiful beaches with wonderful walkways are a 5 to 10 minutes drive away. Fantastic restaurants and boutique shopping are only a few minutes by car. World renowned Whistler ski area and village is approximately an hour's drive up the scenic Sea to Sky Highway. Other ski hills are very close to Chartwell Drive. Parks and trails are plentiful in the West Vancouver area with many close to Chartwell on the Hill.
