This oceanfront condo at Yellow Point is situated on 3.5 acres of waterfront property at Inn of the Sea. It has breathtaking views of the Gulf Islands and the Stuart Channel. The oceanfront is just 60 feet from the two front decks of this condo.

This is a corner unit in waterfront row and is nicely located on the property for a quiet stay with spectacular views. The property boasts panoramic views and the many site amenities which include a tennis court, play ground, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and a deep water dock. All of this helps to create the perfect setting for a relaxing adult or family holiday.

The upper level of this unit is nicely appointed. The upstairs floor offers a master bedroom with king bed, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with large sky light. When you walk into the huge living room fabulous views greet you through the floor to ceiling windows. The living room features a wood burning fireplace, queen sofa bed, stereo, 50 channel cable, TV/VCR, local telephone with answering machine and internet access. The one bedroom guest suite with full bathroom on entry level is accessed by its own lockable entrance and can be used with the main condo. It has a queen bed, a cozy ocean front deck, and cable TV.

Added conveniences include on site laundry facilities, and gas barbeques at the front of the complex in an ocean front common area. Golf, sailing, trails, parks and hiking are all nearby. Inn of the Sea adjoins beautiful Blue Heron Waterfront Park an excellent ocean kayaking launch site. There is also safe walking and biking on surrounding country roads and park trails.
