Fully enjoy the private waterfront access and boat house. Jump of the dock, launch your boat or just sit on the deck and enjoy the secluded views of Sakinaw Lake.

The grand residence features nearly 3000 sq ft of comfortable lakefront living. The home was designed by a reknown architect and is totally self sufficient. The four bedrooms will sleep 8 comfortably. The two master bedroom suites have King beds and ensuite baths. One bedroom contains a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has twin beds. The beds are comfortably set with designer linens and all 4 bathrooms come complete with all the necessary amenities.

The Great Room is spacious and features a wood burning fireplace. The Gourmet Kitchen is equipped with deluxe appliances and all amenities and opens to the Great Room. There is an extensive deck and a recreation room is downstairs.

The Guest House is 1500 sq ft and has a large deck for enjoying the view. The master suite, located on the main floor of the Guest house, has a luxurious king bed and ensuite. Upstairs in the second bedroom you'll find a king bed, with two twin beds in the third bedroom. The kitchen is an open plan with all the appliances and amenities to create your favourite culinary delights. There is also a gas grill.

As there is no television or phone service in this secluded location, Sakinaw Lake Retreat is the perfect getaway from life's hectic pace. You can either fly in by float plane right to your boat dock from Vancouver in twenty five minutes or enjoy the scenic ride on a B.C. Ferry to Sechelt and drive up to this one of a kind vacation home.

Green Cottage is located in the heart of the Sechelt downtown waterfront, on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia. Drink in spectacular panoramic views of the ocean at sunrise and sunset from the living room or the traditional covered front porch. Built in 1906 by the Union Steamship Company, Green Cottage retains elements of days gone by, including the original wood flooring. Conveniently located, everything you need is within walking distance, theres no need to drive.

For the adventurous, this area makes for great scuba diving and snorkeling. Bring your kayak or canoe and spend the day paddling through the Trail Bay Islands watching eagles, whales and seals. If you enjoy walking, there are numerous trails to explore through the coastal rain forest. Take a romantic walk along ocean front Snicket Park, just steps from the cottage. Or explore west coast shore life while beachcombing miles of beautiful beaches. Green Cottage is also a great place for storm watching during the winter months.

This home is fully wheel chair accessible with wide doorways. The lawns and gardens are easily accessible by wheel chair ramp.
