The property borders on East Sooke Park which is well known for its white sand beaches and wild coastal rain forest. The home has a private dock and a boat launch, located at the bottom of the steep oceanfront embankment, allowing you to canoe or swim and watch eagles fish in the pristine clear waters of Anderson Cove and the Sooke Basin. You could also arrange for a local fishing guide or whale watching outfit to pick you up on the dock for your day of adventure on the water.
